Orders
In the unikely event that you do not receive a confirmation email, pease check your spam folder. If you can't findit, please contact us here with details of your order so that we can search for it.
Shipping & Deliveries
We ship all packages using EMS. If this is an issue for you, please contact us.
We currently accept shipments to the United States.
Delivery usually takes 14 buisiness days by EMS from Japan with the following notes.
・Your order will be shipped within 7 business days of order confirmation if in stock.
・Shipping is closed on weekends and Japanese national holidays. For more informarion, please visit your local EMS website.
・Delays may occur due to national disasters, COVID-19 restrictions, or other reasons.
You cannot specify the delivery date and time when you place your order. Howevwe, your local EMS office may be able to assist. Please contact them with the "tracking number" that we will email you after shipment.

Payments
Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express) are accepted.
We also accept applePay and GooglePay.
It depends on the destination country and the weight/size of the shipping product. Please see the table below for guidance on our shipping charges.
Taxes & Customs
As our products are shipped from Japan, they may be subject to taxes and customs fees in the destination country. These costs are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over them. For more information, please contact your local authorities before placing your order.
It depends on the destination country and the shipping product. Below are general guidelines that were current as of the time of writing. However, we advise all customers to visit the website for their local customs authorities to confirm current conditions.
Cancellations & Returns
Yes, you can as long as it is before the products has been shipped. If you wish to cancel or change the contents of your order, please contact us here as soon as possible. We do not accept product cancellations or changes in order details after we have sent the shipment notification email. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be charged for the costs of Round-trip shipping.
In the event that the product you received does not confirm to the contents of the contract in terms of type or quality, such as a wrong product, inadequacies such as damage, etc. not listed on the Market, etc., we shall bear the obligation to replace, repair, refund the product, or compensate for damages up to the amount of the purchase price upon consulation with you, provided that you notify us here within 7 days from receiving the product that it does not conform to the contents of the contract and the details of such non-conformity.
